Cancellation Policy

No Cancellations or Refunds. Small class size ensures spots are reserved. Please email with any questions before booking. RULES AND POLICIES 1. Parent supervision is mandatory. I understand and agree that I must always remain present and near my child(ren). I am solely responsible for supervising, monitoring and ensuring the safety and behavior of my child(ren) while participating in any activities or sessions organics by Sprouts Nature Play. 2. Assumption of risk: I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in group activities, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, choking, accidents that may occur during participation. 3. Waiver of Liability: I hereby release, waive and discharge Sprouts Nature Play, its owners, employees, affiliates and locations (Elkas Farm, Helping Friendly Farm) from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or losses for bodily injury, property damage, or other harm that may occur to me, my child, or any other accompanying persons arising out of or related to participation in the group. 4. Sickness and Illness: I agree to adhere to these guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all participants and staff. I agree I will not send my child(ren) to any session if they are exhibiting any symptoms of illness. Child must be fever and symptom free for 24 hours before returning. 5. Severe Weather Cancellations: Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled due to severe weather or safety concerns. A makeup class will be scheduled when permitted. If a cancellation or schedule change occurs, families will be notified as far as head in advance as possible. 6. No Childcare Provided: I understand that Sprouts Nature Play does not provide childcare services. This is not a drop-off program. I remain fully responsible for my child’s safety, behavior and well-being always. 7. Social Media Release: By enrolling in Sprouts Nature Play group sessions, I grant permission for Sprouts Nature Play to photograph and record my child during sessions and to use these photos or videos for social media, marketing and advertising purposes. I understand that these images may be used without compensation and that names or identifying information will not be shared. If I want to revoke my consent of the social media release, I must provide a document signed and stating such to Sprouts Nature Play before starting my session. By booking this class, I agree and understand all the above statements.
